(Construction) – On October 16, the Ministry of Construction held a conference to appraise the report on reviewing the criteria for classifying Phu Ly City as an urban area of Type II and assessing the infrastructure development level for areas proposed to become wards in Phu Ly City and the Kim Bang Urban Area, Ha Nam Province. The conference was chaired by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung.

(Construction) - On the afternoon of October 5, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture held its Opening Ceremony for the 2024-2025 academic year. During this visit, he held discussions with Oscar Pérez Oliva Fraga, the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment and Co-Chairman of the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Committee (ICC), as well as with René Antonio Mesa Villafaña, the Cuban Minister of Construction.
